Orders will be processed and shipped usually within 3-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Order processing and shipping may take longer during holidays and sale periods and may also vary depending on item stock and availability. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
All merchandise shipped from BeadsNBlingShop.com will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail 2-Day. All orders over $500 will require a signature at the time of delivery. A waiver may be requested to modify any of these shipping conditions by contacting [email protected].
Depending upon your location, we may be able to deliver your item(s) free of charge. Please email us to check whether your delivery address qualifies.
DELIVERY:
In limited circumstances, based on location, we offer direct delivery at no cost. When you place your order, you will be charged for our standard shipping option. Include a note in your order, or reach out to [email protected], referencing your order number and requested delivery address. If we are able to deliver the order, we will process a refund of any shipping fees within 5-7 business days and deliver the order. In this case, we will absorb any third party payment merchant fees. We will acknowledge your request in the positive or negative via email.
PICKUP:
We do not offer pickup from a physical location.
RETURNS:
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic conditions, we do not accept returns.
We do offer replacements and refunds in a restricted set of circumstances. Please see our Refunds Policy. We will make every effort to work with you to keep you happy at our discretion. If your concerns are not strictly covered, please reach out to us with an explanation of how we can help.
