REFUNDS:
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic conditions, refunds and exchanges are limited to a restricted set of circumstances. However, we will make every effort to work with you to keep you happy at our discretion. If your concerns are not strictly covered below, please reach out to us with an explanation of how we can help.
DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS:
If you receive damaged goods or any items are missing from your package, please report this to us immediately at [email protected]. Take photos of any damaged product as well as your packaging with delivery label visible. If your package arrived open with product missing, please try to capture the full packaging in your photo(s). For orders with multiple items, please specify which are missing.
For damaged or missing items, we will offer you replacement of such items where possible. If we are unable to replace the same item(s), we will offer you substitute item(s) of the same value or a refund for the value of damaged or missing items within 5-7 business days.
No shipping charges will apply for replacement or substitute items.
In the unlikely event we see a pattern of such requests, we reserve the right to decline to fulfill further orders. In such a case, any payment received for such orders will be refunded within 5-7 business days. We will contact you with a brief explanation. Once you have been notified regarding this circumstance, refunds on any further orders which are refused will be subject to deduction of processing fees charged to us by third party processors, if any.
